Custom development work is planned and delivered in milestones. Payments for completed or approved milestones are generally non-refundable.

Hosting Services

Hosting setup, domain, SSL, server configuration, and third-party service costs may be non-refundable once activated or purchased.

Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed based on project status, work completed, third-party costs, and the agreed scope. Approved refunds may take reasonable processing time.

Cancellation
